What you’ll need to verify successfully
You will need a USI VET Transcript that is within a valid viewing period
To verify your Food Handlers Accreditation, your document must list one of the following units of competency:
  • SITXFSA001
  • SITXFSA005
To verify your Food Safety Supervisor Accreditation, your document must list one of the following units of competency:
  • FBPFSY2002
  • FBPFSY1002
  • SIRRFSA001
  • Combination of units SITXFSA001 and SITXFSA002
  • Combination of units SITXFSA005 and SITXFSA006
  • Combination of units HLTFSE001, HLTFSE007 and HLTFSE005
  • Combination of units HLTFSE001, HLTFSE007, SITXFSA001 and SITXFSA002
